About Us
@ Dual Fuse we are global in outlook, see challenges as opportunities, attain fitness to meet these challenges and are ever-ready to ‘go the distance.’
Air is behind the dynamics of the Dual Fuse equipment. The culmination of our fascination with air +/- filters through the majority of our products up and downstream from the Rig drilling operation starting with the 1000 cfm (150 psi) Zone ll DNV 2.7-1 Air Compressor, the Dual Fuse-Drill cuttings Blowers, the Diverter R Valves, the Air Pressure Regulators, the Air Pulse panel and the Rig Piping modules.
It is the perfect harmony of a philharmonic orchestra that inspires us to extract optimum performance and seamless interfacing of the full range of equipment upstream starting with the Shale -shaker its integrated screw conveyor feeding the drill cuttings into the Shaker trough and into the Dual Fuse Cuttings blower, the piping circuitry leading to the Diverter R valves and Rig piping modules at the foot of each of the 20ft, iso, DNV2.7.1, EN12079, ISO10855-1 certified, Dual Fuse drill cuttings waste collection tanks.
The Dual Fuse tank container has been designed to an external pressure of 1.0 bar (14.5Psi) to enable loading of waste materials under vacuum. After loading the Dual Fuse under vacuum the recommended mode of discharge is as common with vacuum road tankers, which is through the use of a blower.
In addition to loading under vacuum the Dual Fuse tanks can be loaded and discharged pneumatically. It is this Dual capability that lends it its name Dual Fuse .
